How to submit a refund request
in respect of return or refund mail to info@eblackboard.co.in within the time limit as described here-in-above. For all such Feedback / Complain, email us at info@eblackboard.co.in
If student is eligible for Refund, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund period includes time taken to complete the refund process by Eblackboard but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers.
